We've created the first in a series of Wellness Weekends @ the Aerie. Each featuring a unique healing modality. This time, the power of sacred sound.
Join us for daily sessions of yoga, on land or water, or just doing nothing at all.

Massage & Reiki Therapist
I came to Los Angeles from France 22 years ago, when I
began to practice yoga. Realizing the benefits of my
practice, I then became certified as a yoga instructor and as
my interest in anatomy developed, I began to pursue my
studies and became a massage therapist. I have extensive
training in the many techniques of massage and energy
work, such as Swedish, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Reflexology,
Deep Tissue, Oscillation, Reiki.
I completed my Ayurvedic training in India.
I've had intensive training in Sivananda and Vinyasa Yoga.
I studied Vipassana Meditation and regularly attend 10 days
silent retreats. I have been working as a massage therapist
and a yoga instructor for the last 19 years.
