Luz Mediavilla, Proprietor

Desert Aerie Retreat Sanctuary

I am hopeful that a resolution between the business and property owner is close at hand and apologize to anyone who has been inconvenienced by the recent disruption to the conduct of this business.

I am happy to accept any inquiries for dates future
to hold any special events at the venue know as

Desert Aerie Retreat Sanctuary.

You can easily reach me here, where you can also rent my Airstreams or VW Campervans to explore the hi-dez for alternate sites. With more than 12 years experience hosting weddings, I know how important it is to find the right place and have always been happy to refer to the many diverse options we have here.

Please be advised that this business remains closed in the spirit of and in compliance with a mediated settlement agreement reached between the parties, November 18, 2019. The property owner has sought yet another legal representative to negotiate a settlement and a resolution may be pending.

You are advised that no individuals are authorized to represent or conduct business without my express approval until this dispute is resolved.

Please also be advised that Eric Mueller has no authorization to make representations concerning the disposition of all glamping* amenities that have been retained, without authorization, by the property owner.

About the name change:

It started as a slip of the hand when signing my name. Then a typo (u and i are located right next to each other on the keyboard). I like it as the noun it is in Spanish, but I also think its the verb that it sounds like that I like most. Mostly it reminds me to lighten up, be grateful for my problems, and to remember my light is never brighter than when in darkness.

It has been stunning, disheartening, and now, liberating to have taken this journey.

I look forward to updating you on my new project in Wonder Valley!
